Dina and Nina are actually a "day" older or so than Cassie. It seems most people think the sim days represent a year, but the 3 day sim pregnancies show that it's not exact. If need be, I can just say the supernatural blood affects their aging process.
I'm not that into TS3, so most of them will not appear unless I have a specific use for them. The Alto daughter and two more of Michael's peers have made some wordless cameos though.
